Description Our client is currently in search of an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and extensive knowledge of various accounting software. This individual will play a key role in contributing to the financial health of our company by maintaining updated records of financial transactions and ensuring that our bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner.Responsibilities:
Processing and paying invoices; recording financial transactions.
Reconciling invoice discrepancies.
Setting up and managing vendor accounts.
Preparing checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
