Quality Inspector

We are currently looking to hire inspectors for a Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PMApplications are being reviewed daily.Description:Perform fastener inspection using micrometers, calipers, thread gages, and our optical comparator.Read and interpret fastener drawings such as NAS and AS standards, customer drawings and related specifications.Complete receiving inspection records.Review certification packages for completion and accuracy.Documents all inspection and verification activities. Perform dimensional and visual inspection of products using micrometers, calipers, thread gages, optical comparator, and other standard inspection equipment Read and interpret fastener drawings such as MS, NAS, and AS standards, customer drawings, supplier drawings, and related specifications Create master inspection records Review certification packages for completion, legibility, traceability, and accuracy Accurately measure and document all inspection and verification activities Accurately document any nonconformances detected Read, understand, and follow internal instructions and policiesSkills:Mechanical Inspector, calipers, micrometers, thread gages, gages, gauges, as9102, 1st article, comparatorTop Skills Details:Mechanical Inspector, calipers, micrometers, thread gages, gages, gauges, as9102, 1st article, comparatorAdditional Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years working an Inspector C or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Ability to understand instructions given in oral, written, or diagram form.
