Senior Project Manager for IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for the US East Coast (100%Allocation) with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale projects focused on infrastructure components, including the main tasks of: Project Planning, Concept, Tracking, Reporting, Budget Oversight, Vendor Relationship ManagementSkills - Project Management, Technical Knowledge of IT Infrastructure. Technical skills - knowledge in Virtual Windows Server, Networks (Switches, IP address assignment), Basic IT security knowledge (Firewall Concepts, etc.), basic knowledge in OT Infrastructure and Knowledge in ‘ThinManager’ software an advantage.These activities will be within the pharmaceutical industry, you will lead mid- to large-sized teams, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business objectives. Strong leadership, a proven track record in handling high-priority projects, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure are essential.What you will be doing:Lead cross-functional teams across multiple departments, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and driving alignment among stakeholders.Develop and manage detailed project plans, covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects within the remit of the role.Facilitate regular meetings, provide consistent status updates, and maintain clear communication across all organizational levels.Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and GxP regulations, and lead post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.Onsite travel to Vacaville side is planed up to 20%.
