CONSULTANT MUST BE LOCAL
MUST HAVE SKILLS:• 1 year of experience working with computer or information systems,• 1 year of work experience supporting testing and troubleshooting on EMS systems, SCADA front ends, communications, and supporting applications. • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.• Competitive candidates must have strong technical and analytical skills.• Competitive candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to take initiative• Experience with MS Professional Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Visio) Responsibilities:• Participate in weekly Team calls to plan work and resolve issues• Perform SCADA modeling, troubleshooting of SCADA communications, SCADA controls and UI in support of TSRP.• Perform testing and troubleshooting on EMS systems, including SCADA model, SCADA front-ends, communications, and supporting applications in support of the TSRP.• Perform UI changes as necessary to support SCADA point to point testing.
