Procore is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you’ll oversee new logo acquisition and customer expansion marketing activities for our North America region. You’ll be responsible for campaigns that generate new logo and expansion pipeline and ultimately help the company achieve revenue targets.As the Campaign Manager at Procore, you’ll work as part of the NAMER Campaigns team and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Digital Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure we are accomplishing our pipeline goals, creating demand for Procore solutions, and driving growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves working cross-functionally to combine various ideas, priorities, and business goals into cohesive marketing plans. This role will report to the Senior Manager, NAMER Campaigns, and can be based out of any of our US office locations or remotely in the US. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.What you'll do:Work as an individual contributor and as part of a broader campaigns team responsible for designing, developing, and executing high-performing marketing campaignsOwn both the new logo acquisition and customer cross-sell and upsell pipeline outcomes to ensure revenue goals are metDesign prospect acquisition and customer campaign strategies using ABM best practices, focused on creating an always-on, scalable campaign frameworkUnderstand the buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle to align messaging and offers to the right audience at the right timeWork with sales teams and product marketing teams to coordinate campaign messaging develop new sales plays, offers, webinars and direct mail campaignsPartner with field and event marketing and sales teams to create targeted, geo-based in-person customer experiences that build relationships and contribute to driving ARRUtilize data to understand the success of campaigns, communicate results in routine meetings with sales leadership and identify areas for optimizationWhat we're looking for:4+ years of experience in a SaaS or B2B growth/demand generation marketing capacityPassion for marketing to both prospects and customers—focusing on driving growth and retaining revenueBachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience requiredHands-on experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, webinars, events, digital advertising, direct mail, and moreFamiliarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, tracking, and analytics toolsAbility to use data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, with the ability to make informed decisions and take action based on data-driven insightsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented
