The position calls for someone who is eager to learn, is flexible, and has strong writing skills and basic to advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) skills. As part of our team, you will provide day-to-day support to help execute a wide range of marketing and communications activities.Your Key Responsibilities

Work with the Marketing team to help support and maintain marketing system databases and other general marketing and communications support

Support the development and production of proposals and statements of qualification

Gather, edit, update, tailor, and/or format team resumes, project profiles, and other content

Assist with proposal forms and prepare proposal packages for delivery

Support the development of materials for conferences and industry events, community engagement activities, and general collateral and communications development coordination

Develop content for Stantec.com and positioning efforts

QualificationsYour Capabilities and Credentials

Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), and web-based interfaces

Must thrive and work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment

Education and Experience

Completed or enrolled in post-secondary degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or an equivalent level of experience

Experience in the architecture/engineering/consulting industry is preferred, but not mandatory

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) is preferred, but not mandatory

$17.31 - $25.44 Min/Max Pay Range(s) for postings located in NYC/NY

$17.31 - $25.44 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CO and HI

$17.31 - $25.44 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in WA

$17.31 - $25.44 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC)

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
