DescriptionIntegrated Absence Management Specialist Remote. Most states eligibleThe Accommodation Consultant is responsible for evaluating and processing accommodation request cases, making recommendations and decisions in alignment with written guidelines, procedures and policies pursuant to ADA and state regulations.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. H.S. Diploma or GED.

2 years - Experience in Workers' Compensation, Vocational Rehabilitation, Disability Management, Reasonable Accommodation (ADA)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Human Resources. Or equivalent educ/experience. 2+ Years of Human Resources or equivalent business operations experience in an administrative role.

3 years Experience with the administration and case management of reasonable accommodation process and disability-related (i.e.-ADA ) laws, policies and regulatory requirements.

3 years Experience with medical confidentiality.
