Tax Preparer

Description We are looking to add a Tax Preparer to our team based in Upland, California, 91786, United States. In this role, you will be expected to utilize your strong tax preparation skills and QuickBooks experience to handle all aspects of individual and corporate tax preparation. This role will also involve client-facing duties requiring good communication abilities.Responsibilities: Handle individual tax preparation tasks accurately and efficiently Prepare tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships Utilize QuickBooks for various tax-related tasks Take on client-facing responsibilities, effectively communicating with clients regarding their tax preparation Leverage your skills in 10 Key Assessment to ensure accurate data entry Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EA or CTEC Certification requirements Maintain public experience as a part of your professional development Ensure all tax preparation tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tax preparation tasks Utilize UltraTax CS and Creative Solutions - UltraTax for relevant tax tasks Requirements Must possess skills in Tax Preparation and Tax Preparer roles Proficiency with Creative Solutions - UltraTax and Ultratax CS software is required 10 Key Skills are necessary for accurate data entry and calculations Must possess strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of tax forms Excellent time management skills to meet important tax deadlines Ability to stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients Must have the ability to maintain client confidentiality Experience in a similar role is highly desirable A relevant certification or degree in finance, accounting or related field is preferred.
