The Specifics.Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Lead the financial planning and analysis efforts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Manage relationships with parent companies and staff, outside auditors, California Department of Managed Healthcare financial monitoring staff, Attorneys and other financial stakeholders.Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and asset management.Maintain all company Insurance policies.Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.Maintain Financial and Administrative compliance with Knox-Keene Healthcare Service Plan Act of 1975.Support Company overall compliance with Knox-Keene Healthcare Service Plan Act of 1975.Responsible for all company policies and procedures and that the company is adhering to all Policies and procedures.Safeguard Company records.Serves as a Member of the Board of Directors, the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.Responsible for Plan Language Assistance ProgramHead the Plan’s Public Policy CommitteeImplement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.Support the overall company team to achieve organizational goals.
