Staff Site Reliability Engineer

NBCUniversal is seeking a highly skilled Staff Site Reliability Engineer within Workplace Technology Engineering, responsible for the design and operations of various global workplace solutions used by NBCUniversal employees and partners. This individual should have experience across multiple platforms and have the curiosity and eagerness to learn as the position will play a leading role in the development of a technical solutions that supports workplace operations across a portfolio of services including:Device management for corporate and personally owned devices including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android throughout their lifecycle of procurement through retirementVDI and app virtualization platforms, such as W365, WVD and HorizonDevice health analytics platforms, such as Nexthink and Intune AnalyticsThe ideal candidate should be a technology advocate and drive the future of systems design and implementation across the portfolio. Core responsibilities include (but are not limited to) vetting vendor solutions, designing and executing initiatives and playing a leading role as a technology expert across Workplace Technology Engineering. This role will also research new technologies, beta test, document and provide training to engineers and operations technicians on new products and processes, creating procedures and managing infrastructure improvements. This Staff Site Reliability Engineer will work across and lead collaboration with Engineering peers, as well as with Operations, Network, Cyber, and Security when applicable to each project.
