Paralegal - Contract Drafting

This position is on the Business & Legal Affairs team responsible for providing business and legal support for UP&E. UP&E handles the licensing of NBCUniversal film and television properties for merchandising, publishing, video games, digital and interactive uses, and commercial tie-ins/promotions. This role will primarily focus on assisting group attorneys with respect to consumer products, including drafting legal documents, research on intellectual property rights, and other duties, as assigned.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
