As the Creative Director you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of producers, art directors, designers, and editors (both internally + externally) to develop and execute culturally relevant multiplatform campaigns for Peacock’s single titles, with a primary focus on scripted series. This will also include campaigns for unscripted content, library titles, and acquisitions, all designed to break through the noise and drive awareness, engagement, and conversation.The role will partner closely with title planning, creative ops, publicity, social, and other teams to achieve cross-functional excellence and maximize the impact of marketing opportunities through best-in-class creative. Responsibilities include the development of creative strategies (pulling together research and insights into an actionable plan for the development of industry-leading and highly effective consumer campaigns), planning and executing asset capture/shoots, architecting multi-faceted campaign concepts that work across the entire marketing funnel. You will pitch creative ideas and communicate effectively with senior executives, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages brainstorming and ideation, allowing great ideas to develop and flourish.The PersonYou are passionate about pop culture and entertainment and channel that energy to lead and inspire the team to produce innovative campaigns. 10+ years of experience conceptualizing and executing full-funnel A/V campaigns for an entertainment or direct-to-consumer brand, including but not limited to social, digital, out-of-home, connected TV, and broadcast.

A proven history and expertise in developing creative for scripted series across all platforms.

Direct experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional partners (media, marketing, creative ops, etc.), internal creatives (art directors, writers, producers) and external agency partners.

Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, utilizing interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly across departments as well as manage internal and external partners in a dynamic and high-pressure environment; able to champion creative work across cross-functional teams, including senior leadership.

Strong track record of success attracting, building, leading and retaining passionate and talented creative teams and finding best-in-class agency partners

Proven ability to proactive solve creative problems, self-motivate and work independently as well as collaboratively.

An exceptionally creative thinker and communicator with an inquisitive mind that is comfortable and passionate about the intersection of strategy, media, marketing, consumer insights and creative.

Extensive experience making creative decisions in real-time, including developing messaging, positioning, voice and targeting audiences based on qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing performance data and applying that information to creative work accordingly.

Strong track record of interacting and working with multiple stakeholders and partnering collaboratively with show runners and producers, development, creative ops, and consumer insights teams.
