Assistant Manager HVAC & Electric

We are currently seeking an organized and responsible assistant Electrical and HVAC maintenance manager to manage the maintenance groups. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of mechanical and electrical work, including excellent leadership and supervisory skills. You will direct and oversee all daily maintenance activities including delegation of tasks, tracking work order and corrective repair performance while focusing on vendor related scope.  The assistant manager is to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and within regulatory guidelines and projected deadlines.Responsibilities:Assist in processing planned and corrective work orders in MaximoAssist management in coordinating technician schedules and all other operations related tasksOversee the proper maintenance of equipmentMaintain the facility with an emphasis on HVAC and ElectricalWork cross functionally with all levels of the organization and departments to support new product development projects and daily operationsCoach and develop trade technicians with continuous improvement methodologies to trouble-shoot processes and equipmentDevelop, implement, and monitor a Preventative Maintenance Program to maximize equipment life and operational efficiency according to manufacturer’s specifications.Monitor cost effective management of parts’ inventoryPrepare monthly & weekly maintenance reports.Elaborate on strategies and partnerships to reduce maintenance expensesPartner with contract vendors and contractors to obtain the best level of service for the organizationThis position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
