Collections Specialist

Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Tustin, California. The selected candidate will be primarily tasked with managing daily collections operations, handling client payments, and addressing billing discrepancies.Responsibilities: Conduct daily collections calls to ensure timely payments Arrange payment plans with clients to facilitate regular payments Accurately post client payments to respective accounts Identify and resolve billing discrepancies to avoid future conflicts Utilize collections management skills to maintain a steady cash flow Handle B2B collections to maintain healthy business relationships Execute commercial collections operations with accuracy and professionalism Utilize cash handling skills to manage cash collections efficiently Perform insurance collections activities as per the industry standards Conduct medical collections tasks in compliance with regulations Manage third party collections to ensure all dues are collected Oversee site collections to maintain an accurate record of on-site payments Carry out patient collections tasks with a focus on customer service Handle self-pay collections to facilitate easy payment options for customers.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Collections Specialist role or similar Proficient in Billing Functions Experience in Cash Handling Familiarity with B2B collections Extensive knowledge in Collections, both Commercial and ConsumerRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
