Including PLC 5/XXE, SLC 500, Control Logix, RSLinx, Winn911, RSSQL, Asset Centre, Historian, MES Repository, Factory Talk SE, Thin Manager, Thin Clients, support and maintain plant virtual servers. Provide close Technical support at plant floor level for Maintenance Technicians and Process Operators when troubleshooting PLC and other plant control systems. Provide remote phone or network support and provide support on a call-in basis for process PLC problems on nights and weekends.
