Description: Operator II will control and adjust machine settings to complete routine tasks according to specifications.
Complete paperwork for QA and Production
Update process monitoring form hourly
Must be able to give and receive orders and instructions to production line workers
Verify raw/preprocessed material on work order to ensure correct amount is available for production
Assign tasks based on what orders have come in and which members of the team are working on each day.
Set up production line to complete these orders efficiently
Motivate their team and show support and guidance when necessary
Relay clear instructions and procedures so that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Put raw materials into machine as instructed by Production sheet
Responsible for to maximize quality and productivity
Completing paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line
Updating records to show what’s been completed and reporting any issues
Ensures all production machinery operates smoothly
Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications
Enforces Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations
Follows all safety guidelines; Reports any work-related injuries to HR as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours)
Monitors production floor for any safety hazards and reports issues to Production Supervisor and/or HR
Answers radio requests; Responds to questions and solves problems
Informs Production Supervisor of whereabouts, attendance, and activities; Proactively identifies problems and potential problems, and offers possible solutions
Required to fill various rolls on production floor including, but not limited to, Operator, Wrangler, Stager, Packager, or any other line job as required
