You will have the advantage of working with a collaborative team while maintaining a work and quality of life balance.As the face of VCA, the Hospital Manager sets the tone for our practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The Hospital Manager is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:· Following and enforcing safety protocols· Excellent follow through· Excellent client service· Excellent patient care· Leads a team to continue to grow· Excellent at multi-tasking· Enjoys working with people and animals and it shows· Forward thinker, creative, and proactive· Can remain calm under pressure· Remains positive, professional and respectful· Mentoring associates and providing growth and development· Excellent communication skills· Willing to learn new skills along with continuing education· Hiring and coaching qualified associates· Dissecting profit and loss statements while searching for opportunity to support the growth of the hospital· Analyzing other various reports· Excellent in flow processes· Hospital maintenance· Equipment maintenance· Purchasing· Establishing cost saving measures· Accounts receivableWe have many activities to do outside of work whether it’s theaters, hiking, biking, there is also plenty of attractions for families with children.
