Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team. This role involves inspecting finished products, performing quality control and testing, and moving items off the production line. Successful candidates must be able to lift cement blocks and identify issues such as cracks and discoloration.Responsibilities
Inspect finished products for quality control.
Lift and move cement blocks off the production line.
Perform quality testing to identify cracks, discoloration, and other defects.
Operate machinery and equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
1+ years of general labor experience, preferably in repetitive work that includes heavy lifting.
Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Ability to perform quality control and testing.
Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in construction, landscaping, underground, or field labor.
Preferably from the cement/concrete industry.

The facility includes multiple production lines and both indoor and outdoor areas. Orientation and safety training will be provided during the first week. Shifts include: Day (6 AM-3:30 PM, flex to 4:30 PM), Swing (3 PM-1:30 AM, flex to 4 PM-2:30 AM), and Graveyard (10 PM-7:30 AM).
