As the Development Program Director – Restricted Programs here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects on a group of development programs ($200M+ in total contract value) delivering new capability to our Prime Customer. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for the program. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of the Customer Business Team (CBT) with locations for this role in Torrance, CA, Phoenix or Tempe, AZ, or Clearwater, FL on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the program is executed efficiently, meeting all objectives and deliverables. YOU MUST HAVE 8+ years of experience in direct program management or related roles Prior experience in Aerospace/Space and Defense industry, preferably working with DOD and government contracts Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Candidate must be able to clear background and achieve Secret Security Clearance.WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field U.S. DoD Secret Clearance desired.
