Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License Or
Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License
1 year recent clinical experience as a certified phlebotomist
6 months working in a high-volume setting as a certified phlebotomist
