Description We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry. Based in Torrance, California, this role entails a comprehensive interaction with customers, processing their orders, handling returns and refunds, and resolving related issues. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your excellent customer service skills will contribute to our team's overall success.Responsibilities: Engage with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and fax, delivering exceptional service. Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Enter orders accurately, issue return authorization numbers, and process warranty returns. Keep up-to-date knowledge about our product lines, market trends, and related events. Report any customer complaints and errors to the manager promptly. Organize and manage pick tickets and customer records. Stay informed about our sponsored players and their performances. Ensure reliable and consistent attendance, contributing to team efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by management, adhering to company policies and procedures. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Customer Service Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service operations Familiarity with Tennis Courts or related manufacturing processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Proficient in relevant computer applications and software Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism Knowledge of product offerings in the manufacturing industry Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals High level of integrity and adherence to professional code of conduct.
