Translating business requirements into technical specifications and supporting the development and implementation of solutions. Producing technical documents like system requirements specifications (SRS) and system design specifications. Developing and updating technical design specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, architecture documents, and deployment plans. Integrating MarTech systems with other software applications, databases, and APIs. Communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and supporting decision-making processes. Collaborating with Agile delivery teams and following Agile methodologies. Solving complex technical problems and contributing to the successful implementation of technical solutions.This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a BA/BS or master’s degree in marketing, management information systems, computer science, business, or equivalent working experience. Have 5+ years of experience working in the MarTech IT landscape. Possess strong analytical and logical thinking ability, with advanced skills in Excel, pivot tables, charting, and databases. Can produce technical documents like system requirements specifications (SRS) and system design specifications. Have experience integrating MarTech systems with other software applications, databases, and APIs. Possess a working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture, and implementation of medium to large-scale systems across multiple platforms. Have experience with customer data management platforms, data governance, and knowledge of data privacy regulations. Can communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and present complex technical information clearly. Have experience with Agile delivery processes and methodologies. Possess excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Have strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization, and accountability. Possess excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Have prior experience with data visualization, data modeling, or BI tools. Are skilled in evaluating the competitive landscape, identifying compelling solutions, analyzing technologies, and assessing the importance of emerging platforms and tools. Have familiarity with SQL, system diagrams, Jira/Confluence, and data modeling.
