- Develop data extracts and API capabilities across multiple application.
- Recommended and facilitate the implementation of data collections tools.
- Identify, build and develop reporting tools in order to interpret the data and the ability to analyze the results.
- Build data query scripts to extract data form third party databases.
- Build ETL data pipelines to make data usable in a data platform.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Research and recommend required business applications.
- Develop and build web applications to present metrics, dashboards and reports to our customers.
- Develop and integrate third party application using API’s.
- 10+ years of overall software development experience.
- Proven working experience as in developing BI tools and products.
- Technical expertise regarding ETL, data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), visualization software (Tableau, Powerbase, etc.) databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
- Solid experience with the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript .NET Core, Python, HTML/CSS, SQL Server.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
- Experience with RESTful services.
- Working with Telephone CDR records.
- Integrating with Human Resources time clocking systems.
- Analyzing productivity and performance across staff.
- Familiar with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of modern development practices (Agile, object-oriented programming, microservices).
- Familiar with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
