Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a MES Technical Analyst for a contract to hire opening in our Thousands Oaks location in CA.
DUTIES: Approving system changesEscalating MES issues to Global MES Technical System OwnerManaging ServiceNow for plant MES incidents/tickets including tracking and metrics.Actively participates in the deployment of MES at the manufacturing site by collaborating with global team and cross-functional site teams.Acts as the MES Technical System Owner (TSO) at the manufacturing site.Coordinates MES related activities at the site, including but not limited to, infrastructure deployment, enabling systems integration, manufacturing intelligence, and tier 1/tier 2 support. EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: A degree in IT/Computer Science/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or relevant fieldUnderstanding of software project life cycle and experience in working with MES software, Werums PAS-X MES solutionAbility to quickly learn MES software functionality, pharmaceutical production processes and related configuration processesFive (5) years of experience in the life sciences industry on large scale applicationsStrong experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) for manufacturing systemsSound experience in project management; a certification (PMP/IPMA) is a plusSelf-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personalityStrong communication skills, confidence in dealing with users and larger groupsCollaborate in teams and adjust based on situationsStrong team player, ability to take on different roles within a teamDynamic personality, strong analytical skills, hand-on approachStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsLooking to set up interview this week.
