Sales Operations Data Entry Specialist

The Sales Operations Data Specialist is responsible for managing and entering data through a sales operations support caseload. They work closely with IDIQ sales verticals (departments) and the Business Customer Success team.  This position reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager or their assigned supervisor.   Key duties include, but are not limited to:Data Entry - Input and modify existing IDIQ data as assigned such as information impacting business partner sales commissions, contact information and other proprietary or sensitive information.Client Satisfaction – The direct clients of the sales operation data specialist are IDIQ sales verticals (departments) and the Business Customer Success team.  Key performance indicators for client satisfaction include case management response time and the accuracy of data entry.  Collaboration – This position will work closely with employees from IDIQ sales verticals, the Business Customer Success team and others within their department.Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
