Seeking an Skilled labor for 1-2 weeks starting immediately to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises in Susanville!
This role is great for someone with a sense of team work that enjoys a fast paced environment.
Day shift
Pay: $20 an hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily inspection and maintenance of common areas, and grounds.
Full landscaping responsibilities-maintain and repair the sprinkler system, mow lawns, trim shrubs and lower tree branches, fertilize, weed, etc.
Provide minor repairs to both the interior and exterior of the complex
All equipment assigned to the complex is to be kept in good working order at all times.
SKILLS
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
