Alpenglow Home Care, a dynamic home services company, is looking to grow our team with a Cleaning Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for all correspondence with clients, vendors, and housekeeping staff. They will manage and execute the day-to-day operations related to service issues, labor efficiency, scheduling process, and service delivery. This hire will excel at growing sales and optimizing team performance to exceed client expectations and increase housekeeping productivity.
Competitive Wage Package
Up to $1500/week (depending on experience)
Cleaning Operations Manager Responsibilities
Perform cleaning quality inspections
Train and supervise team performance on a daily basis
Inspire and offer performance and compensation goals to your team
Conduct quarterly and annual reviews of employees
Troubleshoot issues with teams and clients
Oversee daily cleaning schedule
Set standards for quality controls
Assist with cleaning when needed
Responsible for supply inventory
Requirements
Work experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar role
Computer skills and ability to schedule with management software
Excellent organizational and team management skills
Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job, able to lift 25 pounds
Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends
Spanish conversation skills are mandatory
Some hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for similar home or tourism-based services organization
