Accounts Payable Clerk

Description A company in Sun Valley is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. You MUST be able to go ONSITE to Sun Valley. Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programsHandle vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statementsMaintain organization and filing of documents diligentlyProcess expense reports, check requests, and invoicesAdminister and monitor corporate credit card transactionsPrepare and process electronic transfers and paymentsEnsure timely payment of invoices, maintaining accurate records, and control reportsCollaborate with the purchasing department to acquire purchase ordersPrepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reportsRequirements Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience working as an Accounts Payable ClerkKnowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with ExcelExperience with accounting software, databases, and financial systemsAbility to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial recordsHigh degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentialityExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsEffective communication, both written and verbalGood organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
