Job Description

Job Title - Sr. Creative Producer Duration - 12 months contract (Remote to start, onsite post covid) Location - Sunnyvale, CA 94086 Schedule - M-F 8-5/ 40 hours per week Brand and Creative is Client's global brand strategy and creative group. We lead the strategy and evolution of the global Client brand across all corporate properties and owned channels inclusive of marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts.

Primary Function of Position:
  • The primary role of the Sr Creative Producer within the Brand and Creative team is to establish best practices for improving the planning and readiness of project requests from across the business as they move from strategic opportunity to defined requirements and explicit creative briefs that are prioritized for execution.
  • The role is typical of an Account Manager, found at an external agency.
  • The Sr Creative Producer will serve this function within our internal Brand and Creative group.
  • They will be responsible for proactively working with stakeholders to plan the requirements of projects requested by the business, ensuring we have complete project requirement documents from stakeholders, supporting the co-creation of those requirements if necessary, securing internal or external project resources, and working with the Brand and Creative Project Management team to kick-off and support the successful project development process with the creative teams through launch.
  • The Sr Creative Producer will report to the Sr Group Manager Creative Producer and will work proactively and productively across the business and with project leaders to prioritize and prepare programs approved by the Marketing PMO for creative development. This process will require a leader who knows how to be prepared with data when necessary and have the personal presence and EQ to know when to hold a position or accommodate change within reason.
  • They will serve as a primary source of calm and clarity to ensure project requests reaching the Brand and Creative teams are in a state of readiness to begin, key stakeholders are kept informed, team DRI's held accountable for complete and accurate input, and timely feedback and status provided throughout the process.
  • The multi-disciplinary capability of the Brand and Creative team includes Brand Strategy, Content Strategy and Copywriting, Graphic Design, Video Production, Virtual Event Production, 3D Rendering and Photography, Motion Graphics, UX/UI Design for digital programs, and Project Management.
