Red Oak Technologies, Inc. is looking for a QA Engineer for our client in Sunnyvale, CA for a 12 months contract.Note: Applicants must be able and willing to be W2 employees of Red Oak. (i.e. C2C is not an option)“NOTE: If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work within a commutable distance of your assigned Worksite Location.”QA Engineer (Sunnyvale, CA)- 5+ years of professional working experience in software QA, with focus in e-commerce/web applications testing- QA Manual Testing- Basic experience reading Chinese / Mandarin- Scripting- Testing eCommerce services- Manual testing including test planning and daily / weekly report preparations- Manually test and diagnose various end-to-end features - Running manual tests, updating and authoring manual test cases, diagnosing failed tests, and writing code to automate test cases.- Test Case Designing- Execution and result publish on daily build basis- Defect management- Execute test cases on assigned feature areas as defined by the hybrid feature teams.- Issue reporting, bug filing and regression identification.- Execution, Result Analysis and Reporting- Conducting end to end Sanity, Regression and Smoke testing- Execute automation scripts and run test manually- Maintenance of test results and artifacts for future reference
