Workday Integration Consultant (3 Positions)Location - Sunnyvale, CA (Relocation is Mandatory)Duration: Fulltime Permanent / ContractInterview: On Monday Workday Integrations Consultant with 10+ Years’ experience in successful end-to-end small to large implementations or support of Workday integrations.This individual has qualities to lead the team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team.Should be able to own integrations delivery from onsite along with customer communication. Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:
- At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
- General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
- Good understanding of Workday security
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong Leader
- Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage
- Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage
- Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred
- Develop & Lead with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
- Prepare Weekly Status Report & anchor the track updates in customer meetings.
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
