Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global's in the retail and e-commerce industry, committed to delivering exceptional online shopping experiences. We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in e-commerce, specifically in search technologies, to join our innovative team.Responsibilities:Lead and manage technical projects focused on e-commerce search and personalization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and UX/UI design, to define project scope and objectives.Oversee the development and implementation of backend search algorithms and systems.Ensure the search functionality is optimized for performance, accuracy, and relevance.Understand and enhance customer flow through personalized search experiences.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in search technologies and personalization.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the e-commerce domain.Strong understanding of backend search technologies and personalization techniques.Experience with search engines, indexing, and retrieval systems.Familiarity with customer flow and user experience in e-commerce platforms.Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
