Position SummaryWhat you'll doWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the eCommerce Payments team, serving a financial inclusion charter for the most vulnerable customers (EBT SNAP and WIC) and driving strong growth of 20%+ in eCommerce over the last 3 years.The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies. The Product Manager is responsible for driving a product strategy and roadmap to serve the most vulnerable customers - those using EBT SNAP and WIC cards. The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple large and complex product lines throughout their entire life cycle, from conception to launch and beyond. They need to excel in communication, influencing stakeholders, and driving product innovation through design thinking. Additionally, a crucial aspect of this role is the ability to leverage data effectively in both business and product development decisions.Key Responsibilities:

Obsess over Lead and manage the entire product life cycle for multiple large and complex products.

Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals and market trends.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including engineering, design, business, and customer support to ensure successful product delivery.

Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines.

Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, utilizing design thinking principles to drive creativity and problem-solving.

Act as a key influencer within the organization, effectively communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Product Management Competencies: Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Product Life Cycle Management: Experience overseeing products from concept to launch, with a focus on delivering value to customers.

Communication and Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.

Product Innovation and Design Thinking: Creative thinker with a passion for driving product innovation through design thinking principles.

Data Utilization: Proficiency in using data to inform product decisions and drive business growth.

Collaborative Mindset: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products to market.

Experience in leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
