Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Sunnyvale, California, for a Senior Financial Analyst. The role involves assisting with diligence and supporting a product spin-off. You will be expected to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities: Assist with investor diligence. Collaborate closely with the FP& A team to focus on the annual plan. Retrieve and analyze historical ATT files, perform data slicing and dicing, and run Proforma P& L and topline models. Promptly respond to diligence questions and compile necessary information. Handle investor inquiries related to the business. Assist with consideration/execution of a potential product spin-out. Develop and maintain carve-out financials, including OpEx and cash flow. Analyze historical data and cohort metrics such as NRR and GRR. Engage with bankers and provide hands-on diligence support. Develop and refine financial models with a focus on strategic finance, M& A, and corporate development.Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field is required. Proficiency in Data Modeling is mandatory for this role. Demonstrated experience with SaaS and B2B SaaS is preferred. Prior experience in handling Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is essential. Proficiency in creating Pro Forma Financial Statements is necessary. Ability to conduct Due Diligence in financial scenarios is needed. Demonstrated experience in Forecasting & Modeling is essential.
