- You will work in a cross-functional lab environment testing hardware and software for prototype factory and retail test equipment
- Troubleshoot unique hardware and software problems
- Run lab experiments to root cause test issues and provide solutions
- Provide feedback on fixture bring up, design and usability
- Support overseas teams by providing remote debugging support
- Work with cross-functional teams to launch new repair programs
- Organize and maintain test equipment and materials
- Technical experience with iPhone or Mac hardware debug, ideally in a retail or lab setting
- Curious, ready, and willing to learn
- Self-directed, independent individual who is hands-on
- Strong ability to communicate concisely and effectively with hardware/software engineers
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated history of taking initiative above and beyond current job responsibilities
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve unusual problems, both at work and outside of work
- Knowledge of MS Excel and scripting a plus but not required
