You recognize that the true measure of success of your work is based on the business impact your findings have over time.In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Design and execution of primary research studies (leveraging mainly quantitative methods) to generate actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholder teams. Design and implement surveys, analyze data, and synthesize key insights Execute quantitative research methods (e.g. factor analysis, regression analysis, clustering, structural equation models) & mixed method studies (e.g. segmentation) Apply sound research and business acumen to help the business not just solve complex questions but help it look around corners. Design scalable and nimble mechanisms that help scale qualitative research solutions, tools and processes. Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USASunnyvale, CA, USAArlington, VA, USABasic Qualifications
4+ years executing quantitative research methods (e.g. factor analysis, regression analysis, clustering, structural equation models) & mixed method studies (e.g. segmentation)
Experience using statistical and questionnaire software like SPSS/Qualtrics
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in business, marketing, statistics or related field
Comfortable to build large reports in Excel including Pivot
Preferred Qualifications
Research in Non-US markets
Master’s degree or higher
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
Background in B2B research
Basic knowledge regarding Data Science or Econometrics models

The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
