The global ETS (Enterprise Technology Services) eBusiness team is responsible for delivering system connectivity both internally and externally using industry standard solutions and in-house developed systems and platforms. We are seeking a seasoned people manager to lead a team of Engineering Program Managers in our PMO. Our PMO lead all our global strategic initiatives working with leading edge technologies. You will have a background in engineering and project management. If so, we want to talk to you!DescriptionYou will be leading a team of engineering project/program managers responsible for delivering strategic programs and initiatives. In this position you’ll be working on programs that will directly impact Apple and its products and services. This a hands on role, working and establishing relationships with our business, finance and operations teams understanding what their needs are and translating those needs into innovative solutions with our engineering teams. You will take responsibility and feel personally accountable for the projects you deliver and the teams you manage. You have a curious mind, always seeking to learn how things work. You will bring creativity and innovation to your day to day and thrive in uncertainty striving to bring clarity and focus in a fast paced environment. Leaders at Apple are hands on, in the details, and personally accountable for the success of their teams & projects. You will foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate the roadmap, drive execution, and manage intake pipeline. You will invest in the development of your team through hiring, coaching, and inspiring them to do their best work. You will play a key role in the strategic direction of our growing global organisation by delivering these key strategic projects and programs.Minimum Qualifications
10+ years proven track record delivering programs, including defining, owning, and driving new strategic initiatives across an organization.
3+ years experience managing a team of technical program/project managers responsible for driving projects through the complete software development life cycle.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.

Project management certification preferred.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $260,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
