3DVM Design Producer

Display and fixture refinement projects will be led by an exceptional producer with retail environment, 3D, and visual merchandising experience.

• This individual will be in charge of leading and completing window installation, retail experience, and fixture refinement projects.
• This Producer will work closely with the creative and production teams, as well as manage project communications and expectations across teams.
• This person will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring that each team member understands their role as well as the expected timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Working cross-functionally and under tight (and constantly shifting) deadlines and parameters is required.
• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and departments' workflow, internal/external reviews, and schedules.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people of various personality types and levels.
• Capable of forecasting and managing project budgets.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional efforts while maintaining a strong, team-oriented and collaborative tone

• A Bachelor's degree or meaningful experience is required.

• 5-10 years of experience producing creative projects for a leading brand or agency.
• Experience leading creative development and production processes for retail deliverables and managing cross-functional teams (creative, visual merchandising, engineering, production, operations, finance).
• Familiarity with retail fixture design, engineering, construction and materials.
• Familiarity with windows installations and experiential marketing.
• Self-directed individual who can operate confidently and efficiently within ambiguous situations.
• Resourceful, adaptable and results-oriented with tenacious approach to creative problem solving.
• Superior written and verbal communication finesse with highly developed interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to proactively establish rapport and credibility to drive and influence results across a highly matrixed organization.
• In-house creative studio, agency experience.
