As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of development and operations processes, to deliver best in class and highly available systems. The main responsibilities for this position include: Analyze and evaluate the technology options/feasibility and define the build, delivery, and deployment pipeline for applications Provide leadership in implementing a secure, robust and highly available DevOps pipeline Automate build & deployment processes Work closely with engineers, QA, project managers throughout the software lifecycle in optimally delivering outstanding, large scale systems Implement push button deployment at scale with zero downtimeMinimum Qualifications
Experience maintaining automated build systems such as Jenkins, Gradle
Familiarity with Linux operating system internals, filesystems, network
Experience maintaining large clusters using configuration tools such as: Ansible,Puppet,Chef,Salt
BS degree in computer science or equivalent field with 5+ years experience

Proactive and solution-oriented individual
Highly skilled at developing and debugging in Java, GoLang and Python
Cloud Concepts and hands-on experience with Public Cloud Providers such as AWS,
Azure, GCP, AliCloud
Working knowledge of containerization (Docker), and supporting technologies
Experience in Source control management such as Git, Github
Experience with Orchestration tools like Kubernetes

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
