- Collaborate with computer vision and machine learning teams to architect a highly scalable system that enables large scale multi-user AR experiences
- Design and implement high-traffic, secure cloud services supporting Magic Leap, iOS and Android devices
- Write unit, integration and load tests
- Work closely with our DevOps engineers to continually deploy and verify new releases
- 8+ years’ experience designing high-performance, secure, multi-tenant cloud services
- Experience with kubernetes, docker and a variety of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Proficiency in Go programming language
- Experience with authentication and authorization in the cloud, including access token and secrets management
- Familiarity with Linux, shell-scripting, git and network protocols
- Familiarity with computer vision and/or machine learning algorithms is a plus
- Familiarity with MMO backend or game server development is a plus
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
