Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Support the Bay Area plan of record process, synthesize long-term business requirements, and portfolio data to recommend solutions that enable business objectives at a global level.
Maintain relationships with Business Partner teams and other Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) stakeholders to understand product area focus, organizational plans, growth goals, and business objectives.
Formulate strategic space scenarios and negotiate solutions with team members and stakeholders to ensure balanced planning that satisfies business requirements while minimizing portfolio risks.
Forecast, conceptualize, and evaluate multiple scenarios, ensure that teams and leadership are well informed and aligned.
Maintain space planning and portfolio reporting, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
