Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute battery testing protocols using Maccor battery testersCreate and modify Maccor test scripts to meet specific testing requirementsWrite Python code for minimal data processing and analysis of battery test resultsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve battery-related issuesDevelop and maintain technical documentation for battery testing procedures and resultsAnalyze and interpret battery test data to provide insights and recommendations for improvementPack Level testing involving uBMU qualificationManage projects end-to-end, including incoming inspection, documentation, test loading, monitoring, data collection, and reportingPresent during data reviews and provide recommendations, as well as receive action itemsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in battery testing and developmentProven experience with Maccor battery testers and test script creationProficiency in Python programming language for minimal data processingStrong understanding of battery chemistryExperience with Maccor and protection circuits interaction (Reading registers, creating SMB profiles, Maccor scripting)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldExperience with other battery testing equipment (battery simulators, data loggers, PPGs, AC and OCV readers) and softwareKnowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Pandas)Design, develop, and execute battery testing protocols using Maccor battery testersCreate and modify Maccor test scripts to meet specific testing requirementsWrite Python code for minimal data processing and analysis of battery test resultsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve battery-related issuesDevelop and maintain technical documentation for battery testing procedures and resultsAnalyze and interpret battery test data to provide insights and recommendations for improvementPack Level testing involving uBMU qualificationManage projects end-to-end, including incoming inspection, documentation, test loading, monitoring, data collection, and reportingPresent during data reviews and provide recommendations, as well as receive action itemsCandidate Requirements:
