- Our department, Cloud Technologies, implements cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Ali Cloud) supports many engineering teams throughout. As they use these platforms and our surrounding tools (managed Kubernetes, managed CI/CD, etc).
- Within Cloud Tech, we are the Cloud Training and Communications team.
- We manage the internal Cloud Tech website, the quarterly newsletter, instructor-led training as well as eLearning, events, and more.
- This role is primarily customer service (internal customers, engineering teams), connect with teams that need cloud training, scheduling scoping calls, setting up eLearning training plans, coordinating instructor-led training, event planning.
- The ideal candidate will have a functional understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes especially) as well as experience coordinating technical training.
- Though we will also provide training to get the candidate up to speed, and subject matter experts will join for scoping calls and such.
- Experience logging engagements in a CRM (we use SugarCRM) is a plus.
