Bajwa Truck & Trailer repair, a leading service provider in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking an experienced Truck and Trailer Repair Mechanic to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on a variety of truck and trailer models to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform corrective actions to resolve problems.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as replacing fluids, lubricating parts, and inspecting brakes, engines, and other critical components.
Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components and systems.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
Provide emergency roadside assistance as needed.
Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles and repairs completed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Truck and Trailer Repair Mechanic or similar role.
Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in trucks and trailers.
Ability to work with various tools and diagnostic equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license; CDL is preferred.
