QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform repairs on various types of Construction machines: dozers, backhoes, skid steers, motor graders, wheel loaders and various other machinery and attachments.
Perform PM’s on machines
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot and repair engines
Troubleshoot and repair powertrain and various other systems
Troubleshoot technology systems on machines
Use computer diagnostic tooling in repairs
Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS
Ability to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide.
Ability to fulfill the essential functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
Ability to apply to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral instructions.
Ability to problem solve involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school or GED and/or zero to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid class C driver license and a clean D.M.V. report.

COMPENSATION
Entry level is $20.84 to experiences $39.70.
Wage depends on knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
Hourly rate of pay as negotiated with Operating Engineers, Local #3. Excellent company-paid benefits including medical, dental, retirement, vacations, and holidays.
