We're a small solar contractor looking for an EXPERIENCED lead installer (ours is moving out of state). Battery experience preferred, however we are prioritizing finding someone who can competently handle the roof solar installation work, followed by inverter installations. Part time initially and could easily turn into full time. Most of our jobs are in the Bay Area (East Bay/San Jose) with some work in Stockton and out to Copperopolis. We are looking for a reliable, honest, nimble hustler who could eventually be trusted with a company van. Pay is hourly and can increase with trust and quality. Generally a chill, friendly work environment. Customer service is our top priority. Please be customer friendly and clean. If you like working with a preferred teammate who is also available to help out, we are open to this as well.
