o Design and build custom cabinets according to client specifications.
o Work with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and plastic.
o Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other design specifications.
o Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure precise cabinet dimensions.
o Cut, shape, and join materials for cabinet construction.
o Ensure all cabinets meet quality standards
o Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment.
o Proven experience in cabinet making, including design construction
o Proficiency in reading blueprints, sketches, and other design specifications.
o Knowledge of a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and plastic, and their characteristics.
o Strong attention to detail, precision, and accuracy in measurements and calculations.
o Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
o Capacity to work independently or as part of a team to achieve project goals and meet established deadlines.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and work with tools and equipment for extended periods.
o Ability to use power tools and woodworking machines (i.e. table saw, planer etc.)
o CAD experience a plus, but not required.
