I am seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to come and teach at my brand new studio! I just opened in mid-September and classes are filling up so it's time to hire some more instructors. My ideal candidate holds a comprehensive pilates certification (450 hours +), has at least two years experience teaching both small group classes as well as private sessions. I will also consider an instructor who holds only a reformer certification (levels 1, 2&3 Balanced Body or equivalent). You will need to be familiar with Balanced body equipment. I use Glofox scheduling software, so if you're not familiar with it, you will need to learn it. I don't have a front desk associate at the moment, so you would need to be comfortable opening and closing the studio, processing payments for in-studio purchases, and using the software to check clients in before class. The classes are All-Level reformer classes (8 reformers), so you would be teaching a variety of skill levels and athletic abilities. Offering modifications and challenges throughout the class is a must. I teach a contemporary style at a moderately athletic pace so someone who teaches in a similar style is preferred. Starting pay is $45/class with opportunities for a raise after your first month. On call sub rate is $65/class.
