-One Fluent in English and Punjabi
-One Fluent in English and Spanish
We're looking for dynamic, dependable individuals who can:
Communicate effectively with our customers
Understand the core functionalities of our product
Create engaging and informative content for our Instagram and other social platforms Assist in documentation and operational tasks using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Create video content and perform videography for our social media platforms
Ideal Candidate Has:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of the logistics/trucking industry (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Creativity and consistency in content creation
Experience or interest in video content creation and basic videography
A learning mindset and collaborative attitude
What You’ll Do:
You need to do cold calling and provide customer services.
Interact with users to understand and resolve their queries
Create product-based content for social media, especially Instagram
Produce and edit videos for Instagram and other platforms
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Work with the marketing and operations team to support various initiatives
