The purpose of this position is to aid in the administration of all phases of property management and landlord-tenant-vendor relations, with an emphasis on property maintenance.

A strong work ethic is required to perform at a satisfactory level. Looking for dependable people with an attention to detail and accuracy who are self-motivated and organized, possess a high level of integrity, who are punctual and can multitask. Microsoft Outlook/Windows and other basic computer functions are necessary skills. A desire to interact with the public is essential. A CA real estate license and/or property management experience with knowledge of AppFolio or other PM accounting software and other industry related software is preferred but not necessary. Applicant must have higher than average written and verbal communication skills and must be able to work independently and also collaborate in a team.

The primary duties and responsibilities involve assisting the Property Manager by promptly answering tenant and owner telephone calls, texts and emails, communicating with vendors, following up on work orders, assisting in-person and virtual inspections, serving notices, processing applications and other tasks as directed by the Officers of PFWD, Inc.

The secondary duties and responsibilities consist of opening appropriate mail, inputting bills into the property management system, inputting rental payments (non-cash only) into AppFolio, daily bank deposits, back-up telephone duties, greeting customers upon entrance to PFWD Inc., scanning of documents and operating the various electronic office equipment (phones, computers, fax, copiers).
